Nupop Studio (“we”) is a Portland, Oregon business run by Evan Goodbred. This policy explains what we collect when you request a Free Search Checkup through our website or through a form on Facebook or Instagram, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your business name and type, and whether you own or manage it
- Anything you choose to tell us in messages or on a call
- Basic site usage data from cookies and the Meta Pixel, such as pages visited and whether a form was submitted
How we use it
- To run your Search Checkup and send you the scorecard
- To contact you by text, phone or email about your checkup
- To measure and improve our ads
We don't sell your information. We don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the business: Meta (Facebook and Instagram lead forms and ads), Netlify (website hosting and forms), and Google (email and spreadsheets). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep checkup requests for up to two years, or less if you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing evan@nupop.studio. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
